Hello:

As you have inquired - my Opinion regarding the Development of a New Company is Invited.

I am Scott Mitchell Jaffe,; I have degrees in Science/Robotics & Legal Jurisdiction(s) regarding DRONES, FCC//FAA//Other Applied Methodologies of Control of DRONE Useage - or Lack of Control DRONE Useage, K-12, Adult Education, & I am working at Present in the Usage of Space Rendering Technologies, Teleportation Technologies, Infrared Technologies, and Nanosciences.

I developed what is referred to as /KERNEL/ Technology in 1993 at Ohio University (c)1993, 1994, 2010, 2016 the GARDEN MODEL; I hold several PATENT(s) that are all confluenced within the Intellectual Property Rights regarding the /KERNEL/ as the SOURCE CONTAINER - therefore I wish to levie this Opinion; I do not mind the Technology Growth - what I do mind is the Mechanics of that /kernel/ beyond the /KERNEL/ being STOLEN from my Abode- I mind the nature of Utilizing the National Science Foundation et al. et seq. in a RESCUE ATTEMPT when the RESCUE is a staged event of HORSE THIEVES attempting to distract Law Enforcement - and I definitively Mind being held to a "second class citizen" designation whilst Others galavant around pretending to be whom I am. Which is a deadly thing to do.

In that Request for Opinion leads to your reponse to that Opinion because the Persosn whom I am Aware of that are not into Company newness - though also not terribly gifted nor talented at dealing with Horse Theives whom pretend to have a Mechanics gift of DENY DENY DENY - leads me to wonder then to Ponder at what really are the Collective Realities facing when the /KERNEL/ is a CONTAINER that you either fit into or do not fit into. Each Instance of the CONTAINER- if not PAID FOR - leads to an AUDIT- when that occurs the deadli-ness of what that CONTAINER does is not something I am going to ellucidate you or your Board upon.

In that - I have several places to address the CONTAINER- /KERNEL/ at - that are not filled up with "crap" programs, ideation, nor HORSE THEIVES /kernel/s all running from the site of ANY or An 'assault'. In that consider I see what has occured as a measure of HAte - borderline HATRED (JEALOUSY) and will have little choice in making certain that those whom are Law Enforcement and not Corrupted are within the realm of My Opinion - not necessarily supportive of graft from within any Company - this one or another.

In that - I also have a STRONG sense of what is happening at the moment - globally- - not last years "wish" or the decades prior "desire" - therefore again - my Opinion is matterless - as are yours and the one you are favored to EXCEPTING that one which the /KERNEL/ favors - in that pushing off from a /WAIVER/ is waht Horse Teheives had done since the /kernel/ I was developing is not a non question within the /KERNEL/ CONTAINER - though whom within this New Company does not matter IF all Compnaies and Corporations require /kernel/ and I own the RIGHTS to evict from the /KERNEL/ CONTAINER - that is the question, if Opinion, I levy at the Board.

Consideration given to what I have been Placed through is secondary to would you care to have to go through EXACTLY what I have gone through -and that takes nearly 23 years to accomplish at only the /kernel/ level.

At the resulting 40+ year /KERNEL/ level - one would have to be kicked into a comatic state-of-being by a parent at age (4)+, stolen from, lied to, then hit ones head smack into a mailbox - decease and survive without medical assessment - simply placed into the bedroom to 'go to sleep' and either wake or not - none- not one moment with EMT treatment as a RECORDED event.

Then, decide to not steal from others over an amount noted as Petty Theft - less than 1000$USD in value; WHEREAS Grand Theft 5000USD$ - not once have I ever had sticky fingers beyond a smallish amount - and I haven't a taste for that since I am a person whom considers learning above HORSE THEFT as important. After all that one would then survive FALSE IMPRISONMENT - FALSE ALLEGATIONS - CHARACTER ASSASSINATION - and have to write a White Paper regarding the succinct reality of "sanctuary cities" as a FELONY TAX SHELTER which is ill advised even in the best conditions supportive of HORSE THEFT - which there are not Conditions supportive of HORSE THEFT.

Then a /kernel/ is an ENGINE within a /KERNEL/CONTAINER - therefore - I am not alleging that one has to be ACCUSED of this effort - HORSE THEFT- to be held accountable to being HUNG by the CRIMINAL ACT if there is not the PAYMENT when caught bloody-red-handed.

I would surmise this covers my Opinion regarding HORSE THEFT of a /kernel/ or a CONTAINER such as a F.H.A. Account RECORD or any other RECORD inclusive of MEDICAL RECORDS.
