Evidence is attached that submitted indicates I have won a Lottery within the Microsoft Community.

I have written articles; I have a clothing design site that is indicated upon the affixed business carte- by Invitation. I also have Smithsonian Invitation Exhibits & several pending Court actions, In favor of the above noticed card and International Travel Document.

I graduated from Orange High School as Chairman of the senior class 1989 with a Robert Wolf, WA State Resident; Licensed Operator of a BMW Sedan.

He has been involved within Microsoft Corporation et seq as a Technology Consultant as to my awareness for some time.

I also have written an IC3 Complaint involving certain allegations of tortfeasor relationship with an OEM boot record that I loaded in the 1998-1999-2000 years as a Technology coordinator at the Meiners Oaks Elementary school in the Ojai Unified School District.  I have also complained that they have been negligent with the use of fibre optic, WiFi, and Satellite Communications which is my background and hence the nature of this letter. Legally speaking I also have a Victim Compensation and Government Claim Board Number at a Law Offices & also a personal one.

I am of sound mind and body; the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

My question :: Attached is the actual paperwork that evidence demonstrates I have won a check and also a Claim document.  I have to send some type of amount to the nature of 750$US to a bank that has the Check and to do so will take some time consideration being this letter and the LCA Arbitration 60 day method.

I am fine with that and disclose that Microsoft Corporation has insured the document and check thereby I shall have to send to Advocate-of-Record the nature of hte reply to demonstrate the check is bona fide and the amount shall not be sacrificed as to their instructions to send along the amount.

This would open a Non-Resident account and allows the check to be chased.

Is this a bona fide and actualized document and check?
