This person emailed to the email attached as <ojaiscott@gmail.com> in thus beginning a Victim Claim & Government Claim Board Number G574813 that is FILED in the Superior Court County of Ventura 93003.  This was found to Factually have Evidence that were found to support a CLAIM NUMBER.  This Claim Number was then LEGALLY placed into the Superior Court as soon as the Damages from the Medina Scarminach Dungeons and dragons-esque Scavenger hunt ended in the Murder of Scarminach.  The Confines of the Letter indicating Fraud are IRREGULAR and NOT APPROPRIATE.

The nature also of the Investigation concluding in the Medina Claim of Not Guilty in Jury Trial being found Guilty of Murder in the First Degree and Stabbing has led to the nature of allowing the "ground" here in the Ojai, City of and County to meet NATaT - National Association of Towns and Townships a Federal Government Association of Law Enforcement and also National Center for Small Communities - which awarded approximately 14,000$US to the named Beneficiary of this Account Information noted within this letter in Grievance.
