The Response to the Letter from the BICT Team Health Center - Ventura College. In SUMMATION I recommend that Students ought to not EAVESDROP into Business that is nottheirs to SPY into - and secondly that IF you IRRITATE a SYSTEM that is known to SECRETARY OF DEFENSE whom might not wish his daughter to be a Porn Star when he was not prepared for the excursion - that ONE definitlely STOPS eavesdropping in WISHING to LISTEN INTO A MIND viade NANOSCIENCES that are CONNECTED TO SYSTEMS that take "Stress" to a level not really known - HOW DOES ONE PROTECT AGAINST THE UNKNOWING/?/

Hello:

I have received the letter dated January 27, 2016 in which "stress" was mentioned.

I am not terribly "Stressed" though I appreciate the awareness of what that type of condition can do: cardiac arrests, migraines, floaters & flashes in the eyesight; typical conditions found in much of the chemotherapy that is administered globally.  I do have a suspicion that many persons throughout the Ventura County are "stressed" in the description of side-effects of "stress".

What i find in such a letter as what was sent as a "trigger" is something that heads straight into the Federal Bureau of Investigation SUBORDINATE BIN structure that I have developed for the purpose of studying the "Stress" that you seem to believe that I am going through in this "time".  I actually have completed a long-ranged course of personal medical therapy that takes 5-7 years to "get through" the condition of "Stress" as I believe this B.I.C.T. Committee was intoning - without involving the Ventura Police Department - of course.

In summation; I find that when a Committee is requested to HOLD a TOWN_HALL MEETING non Virtually - and when the Economic Development Forum is held in the Theater Building yearly on the College ground - that is a great mechanism and cost effective to dealing with large scale "stress" of the type I believe that this letter is designed to alleviate - though only time can determine and usually it takes from 5 to seven years to get through such a time - considering racist attitudes - and behavior modification programs that exists globally.

If you are "Stressed" as you seem to have intoned into a large framework of mind as the Ventura College District computer that has a dabse of 900# persons and likely non persons - family, friends, permission databases, marketing, etcetera are all tied into the Frame Relay system at Verdugo Way - I again avail my Lecture IF and ONLY IF the College will Sponsor that in the Literal Physical Theater used for the Economic Development Forum on the College Physical Campus - not he Virtual One(s).

MY number is 805-901-8381
my email is ojaiscott@gmail.com
I have Cc: this message to F.B.I. and also Homeland Security.

In the attempt to explain what the College District is evidently "toying" with - I wish you the best in dealing with whatever "Stress" that you or the Staffers of the College are going through.

Again, Thank you for such "kind" words regarding "Stress" and forgetfulness - these are all side effects of mis management.  Keep that in mind as you go about your business in Education.

Regards,
Scott Mitchell Jaffe,
