If you are innocent of the criminal arson, war crimes, black pine limb rooftop faikure, etcetera- I'll be able to figure out that because you aren't preventing or perverting! "Staffers"- which Ms Wolfe clearly stated I am not considered, inclusive of " Staffer"

These are the emails I have regarding "wraparound"- as noted, before being in Captain Dunn's presence, it is clearly intoned that " paid program" is required for my participation! Not only am I capable on my own to lead a 40 family program, I was also directly involved to determine the whereabouts of my belongings!

Thus far, we've had five years of doctoral research into exactly what I stated was of an on-going research or pondering- what's causing them to be so on edge... It seems that there is a conflict between Exec Directorship of HELP of Ojai, and also Dennison Wolfe,Rescue Frequencies, and broken curbing! Also, what are the devices bolted into the utility poles? ed?
==================
Below are the actual emails! Keep in mind IC3 COMPLAINT as you refresh your memories.

After assessing date responses, it looks like the 12th is the date that works for the majority of people.  We will meet at HELP’s Oak Tree House (where we met this last time) from 3:30-5:00.

Good Morning,

We are set to meet tomorrow.

While this may be premature for some of you and/or not appropriate for you to support, HELP is in the process of applying for a grant for this project through the Ventura County Community Foundation 2009 Social Justice Grants Program.  While the scope of the grants funded compared to our particular project is a bit of a stretch, we’ve been encouraged to give it a try.  The grant application deadline is July 24th so we are under a tight timeline.  If you feel comfortable doing so, a copy of a support letter has been attached and it would be very helpful for as many of you as possible to provide this letter to us at tomorrow’s meeting for inclusion in the application packet.

If you have any questions, we can discuss tomorrow.  I am trying to move this grant process along simultaneously to us moving the program along.

Many thanks for your support and I am looking forward to meeting and working with all of you tomorrow.

Best Regards,

Terri Wolfe

Good Morning,

Thank you for responding to the request to meet.  Given everyone’s schedules it appears that for those who are in “town”, Wednesday, July 15th at 3:30 works.  We will meet at HELP’s Little House location in Ojai (next door to City Hall) at 111 W. Santa Ana STREET (versus ROAD).

The goals for the initial meeting are to familiarize ourselves with everyone’s experience and expertise on the general concepts of this initiative, develop preliminary objectives and outcomes for the concept/process and agree on a methodology for getting this off the ground.

This is an aggressive agenda and to expedite the process I am requesting everyone send around a brief summary of experience, expertise and resources as it pertains to the topic and what role you  and/or your agency might be able to offer the collective.  For example, I have very limited personal expertise in this area.  Through HELP of Ojai I can bring in staff who have expertise in counseling, community outreach and can provide, from HELP of Ojai, some financial resources, grant writing, sponsorship and organizational capacity.

Please let me know if you have any questions and, please, RSVP for the meeting.

Looking forward to working with you all,

Terri Wolfe

Good Morning,

I am Terri Wolfe, Executive Director of HELP of Ojai.

We are working with various community partners from the Ojai Valley SAFE Coalition on addressing youth needs in the Ojai Valley.

In this group, we are working on a “wraparound” concept to support those youth and families that may not be served by other SAFE programs or who are considered “at risk” youth in the Valley.

Thank you for your interest in working with us on the expanded SAFE Coalition Wraparound Team.  We are at the very start of determining the objectives and outcomes for this project/initiative and look forward to your thinking and knowledge.  Cindy Cantle, Jill Olivares, Chris Dunn and I have met once before.  Out of that meeting came many of your names and/or areas of expertise.  As the project flows, I imagine we’ll add some folks and others may step away.  We can work collectively to identify family units who might be interested in this project for the long-term.

While we were hoping to meet sooner, right now we are planning to meet the week of July 13 (given various vacation schedules).  At that meeting we’d like to quickly move into identifying objectives and outcomes for the initial process design and begin to identify potential obstacles given this very challenging area so we can work around those from the outset of process design.

I’ve attached some resources for you to review.

Additionally, Jody Kussin from the Casa Pacifica Wraparound program has offered to meet with us to go over their program and how this one might compare and contrast with the national Wraparound programs – whose primary focus is on mental and behavioral health issues for youth and their families.

In preparation for our meeting, I hope you have time to review the attached and even go so far as to email the group your immediate thoughts so we can attempt to have that initial “orienting” discussion happen online prior to the meeting.  I, for example, am wondering about how we will work to identify youth and/or families in the community who we would want to bring into the ‘wraparound” program because they are already “at risk” or may become so in the future.  I wonder how we might do this as a community-of-practice support system versus an agency-driven mandate.  I am also wondering what level of disclosure various agencies can legally provide in helping a “community” group identify the "at risk" group.  While we’ve talked this through a bit in the smaller group, it is the first major obsinto the utilkity polkes?to the utility polkes!?!?cle I see.

I am excited about the possibilities for this project and a bit overwhelmed by the scope and responsibility of trying to address a whole community need in this way.

I look forward to working with all of you…

Please let me know what your availability is  the week of July 13 and we will select a day and time that accommodate the majority of the group.

My best regards and thanks for your interest and commitment to the Ojai Valley.

Terri Wolfe

Executive Director

______________

Good morning:

Yesterday's wrap around meeting must have went well. I'm having trouble though see how i really can add much support to families ALREADY in the system.  A 40 family program may again address their needs; not quite the needs of the "Seths",

When it comes to addressing those right on edge.  I'll continue to place my self available to the community.  I am very interested as to what causes these people to continue to choose to be always on edge.

I'll be at the Community meeting tonight..

Please, feel free to ask me to assist and/or volunteer as needed in the Wrap Around Initiative.  Being a part of all meetings is not necessarily what I need.  What that truly is ... what I need?  I need a safe community for children to grow in safely.  no meth.

Also, after disclosing the most sensitive information. Looking into many faces yesterday in this community who may have known for 30+ years what was going on by rumor/other means is shocking.  To suggest that rumors where not flying around all this time is silly. I didn't show for an embarrassment is not what anyone needed more of yesterday. I was being sensitive.  I hope that my absence is noted for this reason: I, like most of the people in Ojai Valley, likely think we have and are a great place,  I don't care for roosters in hen houses. You know.. Need a break from that from time to time.

In addition, as if all this is not enough .. i was encouraged to need to focus on some "larger" projects.   This was intoned to me. I can't think of a project larger than a safe home; safe families.

Thanks for reading.
Please, keep me posted on Wrap Around as a paid program for these 40 fortunate families.

Terri replied::

Will do, Scott.  Thank you for your commitment to the Valley.  See you tonight.

I'm NOT in the LOOP though, not clearly noticed! Isn't that usury?

Then, being beaten without admonishment?
And being Protected as PEOPLES FILE, not Mentoring the Culprit as admonished by THGE Courtvin 2001. Not causing property damage, not being party to decades of placing families at-risk, and not authorizing, nor ordering DESTRUCTIVE actions! How, exactly, is a CLASSIFIED V. CONFIDENTIAL situation helpful here?

Second troubling question is INVOICE2015B. WHERE IS THE PAYMENT SO THAT "FLEXIBLE FUNDING" OUT OF MY OWN POCKET CAN BENEFIT 40 FORTUNATE FAMILIES?

THIRD QUESTION, IF IT IS SO OBVIOUS, WHERE IS THE GREAT JOB OF THE WOLFE PARADIGM? I ASKED CITY AND CAPs, neither are aware of "WrapAround" as it was defined to me in the emails above referenced!

Fourth, where are my belongings!
Value, 50,000&75,000$USD, and if the hypothetical Investigation holds accuracy, a dental server FIRMWARE rated to IRS audit was not returned to factory settings! Making that server with REGISTRY OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS a sigh fiucany breach of security!

I hear thoughts! Not voices that aren't there! I'm not a schizoid affective, its a false descriptor!

Add, the admonishment of Gladstone Clinic by Public Defender, then add the ideas of these allegations, the "committee" above seen in email are supporting children in a specific way? These aren't John Does now, and I'm getting close to requesting District Attorney, next venue, to SUMMONS you over this, water rights, cartels, theft rings, and willful negligence in regards FIRMWARE!

Getting aware of how I manage this IC3 MATTER? State cannot Claim THE OURLINKS FOUNDATION! NOR CAN POTUS!

THE PARADIGM WAS ASSIGNED BED-REST! BEFOREVI MET MS Sunshine DAYDREAM! SO, I FIND HER A TGEIF OF A TAURUS, TESLA, SPACEX- THEN A CLAIMANT IN VCGCB G574813 UNDER HUMANITARIAN CONSTRUCTS!

HOW AM I TO EXPLAIN THIS DIFFERENTLY______ PITCHESS//||

  1. we’ve talked this through a bit in the smaller group, it is the first major obsinto the utilkity polkes?to the utility polkes!?!?cle I see. The kity-cle I see, the stenographic error is on my transcription to herein "2da.pt" NIT THGE original email.

Also, the depth of "profiling" is a question. The egoistic Exec Director HELP is obviously ranckling. At least to what I proposed! I have over TWENTY MILLION USD$ IN THAT I REQUIRE ONLY 5000$USD TO LIQUIDATE! YOU SEEM TO NOT WANT THE "WRAPAROUND" FUNDS, INSTEAD CLAMORING FOR GRANTS WHERE LIKELY they WONT BE FUNDED EASILY. WHY
