FOREWARD

Any person familiar with the Southern Coast of California eventually finds that it is REALLY close to a large body of water.  The Pacific Ocean. 

I met a few characters along the way so far. It's taken 20 years plus the time arranged along the definitive 1996 - Present; which works out to a span of time nearing closer to 25 years than 20 though not as long as 30 years.

James and i met in 2013 in Ojai California - oddly, around the Library that Publicly we seemed drawn to for purposes or reasonings beyond our meager language skill in discourse arrived to helping us to define.

Though, when i learned that he was struck by a moving vehicle and deceased - i felt a deeper sense of loss than i have before regarding those whom i would not be seeing to speak with again - there was a quality of Technology; James and I had been discussing recently.  Factually about Processing Speeds, Collocation Theories - Paradigms of City Managment.  Types of discussions many alcoholics involved deeply within the dis-ease itself find troubling to not capable to discourse - James was a Different Soul - Yes.  A different mind in society; a Mind about being in society.

As we saw each other happenstance to the Public Areas of the City of Ojai - he mentioned at times his life was in jeopardy.  That was not taken lightly as i had been poisoned, accelarted upon by a driver, was also finding it difficult to move along the RECOVERY of the past traumas that had been troubling me enough to be Journalistic about discussion with others - though sensitive to the University Paradigm of RECORDING and Journalistic LIVE! SATCOM embedded Journalism - i have a measure of CONTROL now over my own SATCOM mind - James was finding it troublesome to explain to be what over the Five Decades of Kronkite SATCOM Level discussion persons such as Foster a State Department Employee was develving into - having a three chambered mind rotating around the Near Death Experience Record - a Pie Chart;  essentially the Deep Limbic System itself in the Pituitary Galnd region of our Cranium - to the nature of the Ojai Library Portico Format - a Patio and something greater?

As i began to see clearly what i was looking at - James's eyes would also arrive to the antithesis to the rumi drunkeness so apparant in other consumers of inebriation - his BEHMOD was not being his Captors CONTROL - he was living FREE! of being watched constantly and hit in his Chakras - even though as so many he had been clearly confused by the nature of the Years i was away - having been told by others i had no use for him - that simply was not so - we had no ever discoursed whom James Stausser is or was - i am still left to a sense of loss.

We had moment to Hug Deeply - he seemed to be a Gentle Soul - he seemed to almost relish some moments - a clear BECKON was often in his eyes as i closed upon the idea i was having so much difficulty expressing.  James not once EVER fingered others by name - he not one ever agreed with me regarding my statements about Politicians nor about a Fall.  I do not believe that James fell down in traffic patterns.  I do not believe James was nearly dead - so, anyways.  I believe that in the Tennis Games of the Patterns i again was losing in on a signal GROUP and James is the recipient of what i am not - a being struck dead.

What i mean to think out about James is the knowledge several have of his Financial situations - his at times stated desire to ressurect his mind and body from the throes of being a full blown alcoholic.  Yet even when finding him snockered back again - i didn't have the mirth in eyes to kick at him as he seemed to be "in-listening to "mind property"" - both of us realized he might have confirmed something in one of our "interviews" that within XPERTBASIC(TM) helmet designs and SATCOM devices demonstrating a willingness if not expressive mandate to ARCHIVE - James is not a lost soul - nor a fallen angel.

In Southern California i have met a style of Street Magic - from Glenn Emannuel to James Stausser - a type of regal street artistry is what i have seen - Mark the Patchouli Cigarette smoking guy from the Ojai bench seat - a consumate whom claimed often in a weird haze of being - "The beetles stole my homework" i thought of THE INSECT COMEDY at those times - i was going to DIRECT that at Theatre 150 one summer; instead arriving to Cleveland to meet my ninty year old friend and greatest mentor - Beni Tearlitski Tearle-  he two weeks later was no longer available either for a discussion.

As this novel approach to writing winds down - finally - being a THESIS about collocation and deepspace theory - a paradigm though - a new-aged model of cosmic radiation background is a device that i have built. I have a strange gift in figuring out not angles; but ANGELS!

We might not have taken days off to mentally re charge the same way in the structure of this "party" but we did connect in NANOSCIENCES discourse - i have not met many whom have taken the effort to carry their Generational understanding of the Techinology as James did - why the Library?  not the Ages of the Beings - the Beings themselves? The NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT - he is a Bush Fellow - so that means careful to believe in the nauture of Book Reports and Reading Trade Books - to a man - at least.

He seemed to genuinely care - but also realzied he was destined to fight the deeper restleness in mind when two of the three chambers are always rotating - something is lost in a telepathy "Act" we are seeking. That seems to be what got James - his inability to be Energized to take on the Powers that Be in their desire to destroy Integrity and American Styled dreaming - that is where the Palestiniens have failed to wage a Right to be Alone to Rule it all - also though as we all seem to have been - until a recent shift in the Ages - from the Age of Information to now what? Age of Less Bullshit than Before? Dangerous age to arrive to? isnt it if that is all it arrives to - a front ended outing?

James ran afoul of something that is shamless about covering a perversion of shame - though oddly had so little shame himself in demonstrating a willingness to take each day as it arrives.

I guess that meant head on - in the end also.

I shall then - be aware walking along the road in the evening, the early morning, day and night  - i have seen the trucks moving along the way driven by men whom are destined to be noticed as a character also. I have not once ever hit a Pedestrian - not even close. I would swerve to a tree first - before hitting a Pedestrian.

I do believe in the REAP what yea Sow idea of Religious Value.  I do also know what XPERTBASIC is to a (TM) and to a (tm).  I do also realize what SCUBA(TM) is to (tm) a Master Diver versus a Recreational Diver.

Re Builds and Politics though wont work within J.R.V.S. as M.I.N.G. Systems (TM) Operation Style is not something i can "gift" away. I wont RECOMMEND Hacking at it either - Former State Department personnel are not the only ones with Rights.

As to Individual- in the Ojai Valley as has those Participants in the Park have - since we have been Observed vaide SATCOM happily munching Cud to define moments of domestic "tranquility" - would ACK ACK roast our backs for what we are not?
